If you need to report a domain, email, or IP address involved in illegal or abusive activity, here are some tips to follow to make this process as easy and effective as possible.

For reports regarding abuse of our hosting services or your eWebGuru account that are related to our Terms of Service, please email our dedicated Abuse Team. Being thorough and specific helps us act faster.
Email us at [email protected] with as much detail as possible to ensure a timely resolution.
Your report should include:
Please be as detailed as possible when explaining the problem. The more information you provide — including specific links, exact timestamps, and a clear description of the activity — the faster we can investigate and act.
Every abuse report is taken seriously. Here is exactly what happens from the moment we receive your report to resolution.
When an abuse report is received, it is immediately routed to our dedicated Abuse Team where it will be queued and processed in order. All abuse reports are individually logged and tracked.
Our Abuse Team reviews the submitted information including domain name, IP addresses, timestamps, and activity description. Due to the volume of reports we receive daily, we cannot guarantee a personal response to each message. However, we will endeavor to reply in cases where a personal response is requested or necessary.
We will take necessary action to ensure our Terms of Service (as well as applicable laws) are being respected. Rest assured that all valid reports result in appropriate enforcement actions against violating accounts or content.
We ask that each report be limited to one domain name. For multiple instances of abuse on a single domain, please include all of them in a single report to ensure a timely and comprehensive resolution.
Note on Response Times: Due to the volume of reports we receive daily, we cannot guarantee a personal response to every inquiry. However, all reports are processed and appropriate action is taken to uphold our Terms of Service.
Understanding the difference between domain registration and hosting is important when submitting an abuse report. Here's what you need to know.
There are instances where we may not be able to verify or take restrictive action on an abuse report if a domain name is not hosted on our network, even if the domain name is registered with eWebGuru. This is because we do not have access to third-party servers.
In order to expedite resolution, we recommend that abuse reports concerning content or activity hosted on third-party servers be reported directly to their respective hosting providers, as they will have access to take action on the hosted content.
For abuse on domains both registered and hosted with eWebGuru, our team has full authority to investigate and act. Include all relevant details in your report for the fastest resolution.
Not sure if a domain is hosted with us? Include the domain and all details in your report to [email protected] and our team will determine the appropriate course of action.
Help us keep the internet safer. Email our dedicated Abuse Team with your report and we will take the necessary action.
