You pay AWS directly

AWS bills your account for all infrastructure. You see every charge, and we never add a markup.

You pay eWebGuru for management

A monthly fee in INR with a GST invoice. It is based on the size and complexity of your environment, not a percentage of your AWS bill.

Free assessment

You grant us read-only access. Within [5] working days, we send a written report covering reliability risks, security gaps and cost-saving opportunities.

Secure access

We connect through a cross-account IAM role with permissions you approve. We never ask for root credentials, and every action we take is recorded in your own AWS CloudTrail logs.

Baseline and fixes

We install monitoring agents and configure alarms, budget alerts and tagging. We fix the critical issues found in your assessment and document your environment.

Ongoing management

24×7 monitoring, OS patching, change requests and monthly reporting begin.

Leaving is simple. If you ever cancel, we hand over full documentation of your environment and remove our access role. Your infrastructure keeps running untouched.

What are managed AWS services?

Managed AWS services mean an external team takes responsibility for running your AWS environment day to day, including monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, scaling and cost control. You get the benefits of AWS without building an in-house cloud operations team.

What exactly does eWebGuru manage in my AWS account?

We manage your compute (EC2, Auto Scaling, EBS), the operating systems on your instances, networking (VPC, load balancers, Route 53, CloudFront), Amazon RDS databases, S3 storage, IAM access and your AWS costs. We also provide 24×7 staffed monitoring with incident response.

Do I need to transfer my AWS account to eWebGuru?

No. Your account and infrastructure stay in your name. We work through a secure cross-account IAM role that you approve and can remove at any time.

Will I still pay AWS directly?

Yes. AWS bills you directly for all infrastructure, with no markup from us. eWebGuru bills a separate monthly management fee.

Is operating system management included?

Yes. Basic OS care comes with every plan, covering security and critical updates, monitoring agents, service restarts and housekeeping for Linux and Windows Server. Advanced server administration is available through our Server Management service.

Is your monitoring really 24×7?

Yes. Our monitoring team is staffed around the clock on every plan, so a real engineer investigates alerts at any hour, in any time zone.

What access do you need, and is it secure?

We use a cross-account IAM role with permissions you approve. We never need your root credentials, and every action we take is logged in your own AWS CloudTrail.

Can you take over an existing AWS environment?

Yes. We start with a free assessment, fix any critical issues and document everything before ongoing management begins.

Can you reduce my AWS bill?

In most environments there is spend we can remove by rightsizing, cleaning up unused resources and adjusting storage and scaling. Savings depend on your setup. Your free assessment shows the specific opportunities before you commit.

Can you manage Amazon RDS databases?
